The Executive Education office at Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business is looking for a student assistant who not only wants a part-time job while in school, but is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with one department while here at Georgia Tech.

The Executive Education department offers numerous programs designed specifically for executive-level professionals, including two Executive MBA programs, public certification courses for business professionals and customized corporate training programs. As a student assistant in this office, you will be highly involved with numerous projects related to the Marketing, Sales and Operations of these programs. Regular administrative duties will include greeting guests, answering phones, mail distribution, photocopying, event set up/support and other duties as assigned. Additionally, you will be a key player in the support of our Executive MBA and Customized Corporate Training programs, which will provide you the opportunity to interact with hundreds of Atlanta-based business professionals on a regular basis.

The Executive Education office runs like a corporation so you will not just be a student in our office, but a working professional. As such, we require business casual attire, consistent attendance and a strong desire to learn about business processes. Our Executive MBA classes are in session on Friday evenings until 9:30pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, so the standard work schedule for our student assistant will be these same hours, with the addition of some early morning hours to support other corporate events, for a total of 15-20 hours per week.

machine learning methods to analyze various climate impact cases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply machine learning algorithms, including but not limited to supervised and
unsupervised learning, Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks
(CNNs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, and
Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), to various climate change-related cases.
- Perform data processing and analysis on a range of earth, atmospheric, and environmental
datasets.

Qualifications:

Staples will pick up recycled printer cartridges when they deliver supplies. Prepaid return mailing label:
Mail your cartridges back for free. Simply print your prepaid label at StaplesAdvantageRecycling.com.
Notify them her for driver pickup recycle@staplesreturns.com for Free.
Remove any extra boxes from the bio-hubs and write the word TRASH on the box and place it by the
freight elevator CE 2nd floor.

When you first arrive to work at the biohub…
___Check to see if they are any error messages or messages for toner refill. There is toner in the cabinet
door of some copiers. If you need help reach out to Verene or your Faculty Support Coordinator (FSC).
****If the copier is not working notify your FSC/supervisor immediately of the issue.
____Check the copiers to refill the paper when you begin work and when you finish.
____Make sure the equipment and printed papers on the Biohub counters are arranged neatly.
____Check your desk to make sure that you do not have any outstanding mail that needs to be delivered
or returned to sender.
____Check the outgoing mail box and pick up any mail that needs to be delivered to EBB mail room and
place in the outgoing mail bucket.
Before you leave for the day…**Wipe down and disinfect the reception desk, computer keyboard, and
chair handles and telephone, so that the next student worker that comes in would not have to do it.
